2025 Dog Days Wine Tour Schedule

Check-In

6:30 – 10:00 AM

• Visit the "Online" or "Onsite Registrations" tables to pick up your map and wristband.
• If you pre-ordered merchandise, head to the merchandise table for pickup.

NOTE: Doors to the registration hall open at 6:00 AM to give volunteers time to prepare for your arrival.

Ride Start

7:00 – 10:00 AM

• Start your ride anytime during this window.

Rest Stop Openings

• 7:30 AM: Matus Winery (all routes)
• 8:00 AM: Wakeman Elevator Optional Pitstop ((50 and 62 - mile routes)
• 8:30 AM: Redhead Ciderhouse (50 and 62 - mile routes)
• 9:00 AM: Vermilion Valley Vineyards (all routes)
• 9:00 AM: Paper Moon Winery (62 - mile route)

Lunch / Post Ride Showers

11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Enjoy a well-deserved hot meal at the finish line.

• New for 2025: Post-Ride Showers!
  We’re excited to announce that for the 2025 Dog Days Wine Tour, post-ride showers will be available! Cyclists can now freshen up after their ride before enjoying the delicious post-ride meal.
  This new amenity ensures you can relax, clean up, and fully enjoy the day. Don’t forget to bring a towel and toiletries if you’d like to take advantage of this option.

Rest Stop Closures

• 1:00 PM: Matus Winery
• 1:00 PM: Wakeman Elevator
• 1:00 PM: Redhead Cider House
• 1:00 PM: Paper Moon Winery
• 2:30 PM: Vermilion Valley Vineyards

Route Sweeps

3:00 – 4:00 PM

• Final route sweep begins to ensure all riders have returned safely.

Important Notes

• ID Wristbands Required: Riders must wear their wristbands to access rest-stop snacks and the end-of-ride meal.
• Early Starts: Riders who leave before the scheduled start times may arrive at rest stops before they open.
