What can be returned?

Most items purchased on our website (https://silverwheelscycling.com) can be returned within a reasonable timeframe. However, there are some exceptions:

  • Non-refundable items: Registration fees and any merchandise purchased before or during the Dog Days Wine Tour cycling event hosted by SWCC cannot be returned or refunded.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide details: In your email, specify the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
  3. We'll guide you: We'll provide further instructions on how to complete your return.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and notify you by email regarding its status.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning items to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
