Hey Everyone
It's been a tradition for many many years that Silverwheelers ride bikes on New Years Day. Why? Because we can. For many years I have invited folks over to my house for hot cider, soup and other remedies to defrost icy fingers and toes. Last year the party outgrew my house, so we used the Depot for festivities.  Once again we have secured the Depot for after ride use. I will serve as hostess and coordinator this year by supplying hot cider and soup ( probably chicken noodle and something else). You are welcome to bring left over Christmas cookies and other sides as you see fit. Pot luck is the operational term here. Also, bring games and cards or your new Christmas toy, whatever. Some of us ride at least a mile no matter what the weather.
While not required,it will help me a great deal if you please let me know you're coming by emailing me at:
midwife@oberlin.net.
We may have a big crowd this year if some of this warm weather extends into the new year.

To all the hearty one star riders out there:

I will be riding for New Year’s if it is not raining, however, I would like to stay on the trail.  Any riders out there who would like to join me are welcome to do so. We’ll probably head to Kipton and back.  Hope you can come.
