General club membership meeting. Visitors welcome.

Club member and physical therapist, Christi Banasek, will be presenting a program on core conditioning and ways to improve our cycling and fitness.

The meeting will be held at Carlisle Visitor Center (changing back to our old habitat) at 7 PM. Snacks, merchandise, and a rundown of our Dog Days Wine tour will be featured along with the program.
