Ride of Silence   Oberlin Depot

This will be our 6th Annual Ride of Silence, preceding the normal Wednesday club rides.. Along with hundreds of other groups across the country we participate in this unique event.
The event originated to memorialize friends who were killed while riding and to bring to drivers attention that they are sharing the road with bicycles . We go one step further and recall all members who have passed while part of our organization. We have had two members die on bikes and quite a few more who have passed otherwise.  

As in prior years the route will begin and end at the Oberlin Depot with a six mile circular route ridden slowly, in silence and single file.  Hope to see you there. Any questions call me at
