Ride the Metro Parks paved canal towpath.  There will be some optional hills.. 

For optional additional miles there will be a 10:00 AM start at the Orlowski residence, meeting up with the Aquaduct Trailhead folks at 10:30. (Aquaduct Trailhead parking is directly south of Bacci Park, on the north side of Canal Road).
