A Club favorite event, out where there is a lot of room to ride!

These rides are a star chase.  Both rides use the same route.  Unlike a typical Club ride, the leader of the faster group will not slow down for riders unable to maintain the pace, leaving them to be picked up by the trailing group.  The trailing group will leave no rider behind.

NOTE:

The 4 star route is 28 miles and the 3- group route is 24 miles. The route tonight splits the two groups at mile 20.8 at the "T intersection" of Darrow and Thompson. The 3- star group will turn right and go down Thompson Hill and head back to Sherod Park. The 4 star group continues straight on Darrow to pick up an extra 4 miles. 

Any 4 star rider dropped by mile 20.8 MUST agree to finish the route using the 3- route cutout to preserve the star chase parameters. The 4 star leader will not drop anyone after mile 20.8.  (If there is a possibility you may be dropped by the cutout at Darrow/Thompson, you should be prepared with the 3-* route to finish.
