For all those who are involved with preparations for Dog Days Wine Tour.

All supplies for the event should be brought to the facility.

Food and rest stop supplies will be sorted starting about 1PM.

The main room, tables and chairs will be organized along with registration, merchandise etc.

Rest stop captains need to pick up their supplies between 3PM and 5PM

Any other volunteers are welcome to stop by and see the facility so we all know what to expect the next day.
