The average moving pace is expected to be 16.5 to 18 mph. Two regroup spots have been designated if anyone is dropped - Carlisle Reservation entrance at mile 17.5 and at Expresso Bakery in Elyria at mile 23. Expect a fast paced ride for the first 20 miles and then slowing down a bit on Middle Ave through Elyria and coming back on the trail.
