These rides are a star chase, where two or more rides of adjacent star levels share the same route.  Unlike a typical club ride, the faster ride leader will not slow to accommodate folks unable to maintain the pace, leaving them to be picked up by the trailing group.  The trailing group will leave no rider behind. 

There is an optional 5 mile ride extension.
