General Membership Meeting

Club general membership meeting in the OPL Community Room.

We will be having a two-part presentation for the meeting.  The first part of the presentation is going to cover some common training/riding myths, pedaling efficiency drills, breathing techniques, proper riding clothing, etc.  The second part of the presentation will cover stretching and recovery off the bike.  My hope is that we will be able to conduct the first part outside in the parking lot if weather permits.  If not, you will all get to watch me try and cycle tiny circles inside the meeting room at the library.  The second part will be held inside. - Sean Nagle
