INDEPENDENCE DAY RIDE
(Tour de Lorain County)

Announcing plans for our 2026 July 4 th All Star Breakfast Ride. This year’s
start and end will be the Cooper Community Resources Center in Oberlin,
500 E. Lorain St. Parking is on the east side. The side doors of the center
will open at 7 a.m. for those delivering food items to share and/or in need of
a restroom.
This will be a potluck meal. The club will be providing coffee; a cooler or
two with ice; some serving ware and breakfast flatbread sandwiches from
Subway. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share (Entrée,
Pastry/Bread, Juice, Meat, Fruit). Power strips will be available for
plugging in crockpots, etc. To be environmentally conscious, please
remember to bring your own dinnerware and utensils. Thank you!
For those wishing to just socialize and/or eat, the serving line will open at 9:30 a.m.
Whether you plan to participate in the ride or simply join us for the festivities, we kindly ask you respond to the email address below to confirm your attendance, and what - if any - food items you may be suppling. Your response will help minimize food waste.

Note: If a Star Chase is indicated, two or more rides of adjacent levels will be using the same route. Unlike a typical club ride, the leader(s) will not slow down to accommodate lagging riders, instead leaving them to be picked up by a trailing group. The lowest participating level will leave no one behind.
