Katy Trail Self-Guided Bike Tour Itinerary

Day 0, Friday 10/2/26.  Travel to St Charles, Missouri

Day 1 , Sat 10/3/26.         Clinton to Sedalia.                           37.5 miles

Day 2, Sunday 10/4/26     Sedalia to Rocheport.                    48.8 miles

Day 3, Monday 10/5/26.     Rocheport to Jefferson City.        35.1 miles

Day 4, Tuesday 10/6/26.     Jefferson City to Hermann.         46.4 miles

Day 5, Wednesday 10/7/26.     Hermann to Washington.        32.8 miles

Day 6, Thursday 10/8/26.     Washington to St. Charles*.        37.5 miles

*The ride finishes on day 6. Riders can start travel back to Ohio and find lodging along the way home if needed.The fee for the shuttle is $100 per person. 

We will have a SAG and luggage transport provided by a club member. Also a local tour guide will be available to help coordinate any special needs along the trip. We will all have to chip in to cover cost of gas for Sag/luggage transport and the trip planning service. This cost ~$35 per person. 

For this trip, each participant will be responsible for arranging their own overnight accommodation. The only exception is the Herman House Stone Cottage, Brick Cottage  and Bicentenial House, where I have reserved all 3 houses. See details and let me know if you want to stay in one of the cottages. I have provided a list of hotel options for each overnight location. Many of the locations include a breakfast. Hotel cost for sharing a room is about $500.
