Hello SWCC Members,
Last month, I sent out an e-mail about the SWCC Ohio to Erie Trail Adventure trip. That e-mail generated a lot of interest in the trip and I have had to make some changes to the trip. The biggest change is to arrange transportation to Cincinatti for the start of the trip.
Based on those who have expressed interest, I open registration and already have 18 people who have signed up and placed a deposit. I am sending out this follow-up email to see if there is anyone else interested in going. I still have room for 4 or 5 more riders in the trip. We are capped at the number who can participate due to hotel rooms and transportation.
The biggest changes since my original e-mail is that now we have a van and trailer to transport riders down to Cincinatti and a few hotel changes. I have 2 hotels that we have overflowed and have had to go to a second hotel in the area.

Hello Riders,
On May 23rd, a group of 20 of us are leaving for Cincinatti to ride to Cleveland. Because of a family medical issue, we have one rider who has had to drop out. Is there anyone interested in filling the open spot.
I know it is last minute, but we were just notified yesterday of the rider not being able to participate.
If you are interested, please contact me before Tuesday, May 20th.

There have been a few changes such as a van ride down to Cincinatti and hotel changes, but everything else was minor. If you call me, I can answer any questions you may have.
